Workshops
Jimiko offers different types of workshop to cater for the particular outcome you want. That may be an improvement to an existing product, a new product or creating/improving a strategy.
A workshop will take 1-2 days and you will get an idea of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) from the product workshops. From the strategy workshop you will get a workable plan to achieve your strategy.
Details:
- Prior to the workshop there will be a preliminary meeting with the business owner to discuss requirements. This will help us to deliver the correct workshop type and tailor it as necessary
- Run over 1 or 2 days
- Maximum of 10 participants
- Participants should be a good mix of skills from across the business, including at least one technical person if possible
- Stationery will need to be provided. A full list of stationery required will be supplied when a booking is made
Cost £500 per day (plus travel expenses)

Training
Perhaps you’ve experienced one of our workshops and you’d like to train your staff to run their own. Maybe you’ve heard of Design Thinking and you’d like to learn how to run these workshops yourself.
Our training session takes 1 day and you will get an idea of how to run each exercise that makes up a workshop. Jimiko will provide a manual on how to run each workshop, and also slide decks for each workshop for you to add your own branding and tweak as you feel necessary.

- Run over 1 day
- Maximum of 5 participants
- Participants will be trained to run workshops
- Participants should be aware that this will be an interactive session
- Stationery will need to be provided. A full list of stationery required will be supplied when a booking is made
